We need to see ourselves clothed in the righteousness of Christ. That is how God sees us. At the same time we are to pursue right living with everything we have. To grow as oaks, sturdy and majestic we must remain close to living water so that our roots go deep. I have to continually look into the word as in a mirror and allow the Holy Spirit to show me the blemishes and be willing to deal with them. Then allow myself to be transformed to His image which takes discipline and obedience. The blessings that follow are incredible. Thanks Natalie for this great reminder!
