A major surgery has literally forced me to stop, be, and remain in silence. The stillness has at times felt lonely amidst pain, but the Prince of Peace has met me in ways and spoken to my heart that I wouldn’t have heard had I not been forced into stillness and silence! It’s a practice that will now become a regular rhythm!
